Every time I work on this van I feel connected to the choice I made to walk away from my job two years ago in the face uncertainty. As I continue to move forward toward to goal of my choosing I find the new challenges more fulfilling than anything I was apart of previously.
One of those new challenges has been securing an investment property. As I previously wrote about I’ve been pursuing an investment property for the purpose of double leveraging cash. For the fourth time tomorrow I will attend the county foreclosure auction. And if this time I walk away a winner, I’ll write about. But win or lose I’m still chipping away at it.
